I, G E Harris of the state and County aforesaid, do solemnly swear that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of my office of commissioner of the state of Kentucky for the state of Mississippi under and by virtue of the laws of Kentucky to the best of my skill and judgment. West clerk of the Probate Court of Said County (which is a Court of Record) do hereby certify that E Bullington Esqr whose genuine Signature appears to the foregoing certificate is and was at the date thereof an acting Justice of the Peace in and for said County duly elected qualified and Commissioned, duly authorized by the laws of the state of Mississippi to administer and certify oaths, &c. and that full faith and credit are due his official acts as Such Justice.
