Yours of the 27^th is before me I wrote the Govnr in a hurry just as our Sheriff was starting for Frankfort, and entirely forgot to state the names of the resigning Magistrates, & N^o of District. I will now do so, District N^o 5 Enos Keith & Jas F Overton, the magistrates resignd, I understand M^r Overton will accept at the request of his neighbors if reappointed his resignation has been accepted by the court. and so stands on the record. You will therefore please Send Commissions for him & Henry Boohen, to fill the vacancy in District N^o 5,
