At a call county court March 20th 1862 A W Foster Sheriff of Allen county Kentucky having failed to execute Bond for collection of the Revenue tax of Said county for the year 1862 as required by law it is therefore adjudged by the court that his office be and is hereby vacated and that John H. Murry be and is hereby appointed Sheriff of Allen county for the unexpired term of the office of Said A W Foster Sheriff as aforesaid,
