I, Dalrymple Williams, resident in the said City of Baltimore, duly commissioned by the Executive authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a Commissioner of Deeds for the said Commonwealth, to fulfill the duties of said office within the State of Maryland, do solemnly swear that I will well and truly execute and perform all the duties pertinent to such station.

Subscribed and sworn before me, a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for the City of Baltimore, this Thirtieth day of May. 1862.
