Being a member of the state Guard in the company of the Union Greys at Georgetown Ky — and it having become almost impossible for me to discharge the duties devolved upon me as such — in account of lameness — I hereby msot respectfully tender my resignation in the same. In withdrawing, I propose to furnish a substitute and supply him with the uniform of the state Guard. Hoping that my resignation may be accepted
