My friend,

I see from the papers of yesterday that the Military Bill has passed, that your excellency other gentlemen & myself compose the board. Supposing that it is desirable to have a meeting of the board at the earliest day practicable, I write to say that I will go to Frankfort any day you may suggest as suitable for the board to hold its first meeting. I have not been informed, but do not permit myself to doubt, about the Banks furnishing us with the money. Advise me immediately when ~~to that~~ ^I shall^ visit Frankfort.
