Requisition for Ordnance and Ordnance Stores and Camp Equipage, &c., for the use of Company Silver Creek Rangers of the [ ] Regiment of Cavalry-, which was mustered into the KENTUCKY STATE GUARD on the 17^th day of June, 1861, at Menelos, in Madison county.

REMARKS.
Requisitions for arms should never be for a number greatly in excess of the actual strength of the Company, and should be addressed to the Inspector General at Louisville, who will transmit them to the Adjutant General at Frankfort, who will submit them to the Governor for approval or modification. When the issues do not fully cover the requisition, the receipt will be altered by the Adjutant General to correspond with the issues, and the Company commander be notified thereof.
