Your Petitioner John Sebree represents that at the Oct^r term 1860 of the Franklin Circuit Court he was fined Thirty dollars for a misdemeanor in Committing an assault upon one Hudson

He States that he Committed no injury upon the person of Hudson whatever and being poor he prays Your Excellency to remit Said fine
