The underSigned Petitioner Indiana Clark widow and adm^r of Young Clark decd States that at the May term of 1860 of the Hickman Equity & Criminal ~~Circuit~~ Court. Young Clark was fined $106 for an ~~breach~~assault in said county

She States that her husband the decedent had been previously Ind and fined for the Same offence in the Sum of $8.00. before E. Tay a Justice of the peace of Said County

That Young Clarke prayed on appeal to the Court of appeals and the record was sent to Jno Rodman attorney for the appellent who by Some means failed to file the record within 60 days from the Judgment.

She prays Your Excellency in view of her Condition to remit Said Judgment —

The Record in this Case was Sent to me by Geo W Silvertooth of Clinton Ky within 60 days (I think) from the rendition of the Judgment. From the press of business I failed to file the record the rapidity of filing it in 60 days not occurring to me. The fault is mine alone
