This day came the attorney for the Commonwealth, & the defendant appeared & acknowledged himself guilty of the offense charged in the indictment, it is therefore adjudged by the Court that the defendant make his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of Sixty Dollars, & that he pay the Cost of this prosecution & it is ordered that a Capias pro fine issue therefor.
