Joseph Tucker Defendant

Joseph Tucker being in custody charged with the Offence of perjury and being admitted to bail in the sum of five hundred Dollars now we James Tucker Finis E Williams & Henry Tucker of Breckenridge County Ky hereby undertake that the above named Joseph Tucker will appear in the Grayson Circuit Court on the first day of its next may Term to answer said charge and will at all times render himself amenable to the orders and process of said Court in the prosecution of said charge and if convicted will render himself in Execution thereof, or if he shall fail to perform either of these conditions that we will pay the Commonwealth of Kentucky the sum of Five hundred Dollars, Witness our hands this this 7^th day of January 1861

Summons issue against the Defendant and his securities to appear here on the 1^st day of the next Term of this court to show cause why Judgment should not be rendred against them for $500 the amount of the recogniseance
