I wish to Call your attention again to the petition of the Citizens of this County and the letter of W^m C Goins in favor of Hendersons &c Bail for William Henderson

There is nothing Changing the Condition of the parties unless it be from bad to worse. And unless the Bail is Remitted the boys widowed mother will have to sell her little piece of land the last property she has to indemnify Those who at her instance This will Reduce her to extrem poverty and her little children
and daughter to want I most Earnestly Recommend that out of Mercy to the orphan & Widow that the Bail in this Cause be remitted
