To his Excellency Gov Magoffin

Your Petitioners state that F Roberts & W Roberts of Henry County were indicted in two instances at the April term of the Henry Circuit Court 1858.and are fined in one case two hundred Dolls and in the other Sixty Dolls — executions are now on the hands of the Sheriff on the Judgments —

We state that both of the Roberts are young men and are we learn industrious citizens. that they are now sober study [...] and we feel will not again violate the laws — we hope you will remit the fines
