The Commonwealth of Kentucky To the Marshall of the City Court of Louisville Greeting Whereas I have this day received information on oath from Louisa Jones that on the [ ] day of Feby 1861 in the City of Louisville One Blue Fress One Blue Silk Dress One Bonnett one cloth cloak one head dress one Belt one pair Cuffs one pair Kid gloves one finger Ring one dozen towells worth about One Hundred ^& three^ dollars Were feloniously taken and carried away out of the possession of the Said Louisa Jones and that She has good reason and does Suspect that Sally E Grant did feloniously take and carry away the same

These are therefore to Command you forthwith to apprehend the Said Sally Grant and bring her before the City Court of Louisville at the Court house thereof in said city to be dealt with according to Law and have then there this Writ
