The affiant Llewellin Galaspie states that he did remove his finse for the speace of ^fifty^ sixty or sixty pannels on the road that had been used for the old rod, but this affiant says that he was ignorant of the fact., and that affiant called upon. ~~Ezra Ham and~~ Boon Myers. who was ~~both~~ w~~ere~~as acquanted with the road, and ~~both~~ stated to me, that ^~~Boon Myers~~ he^ ~~they both~~ thought that, the line as marked out by the rebviews was outsid of the fince as placed by the affiant, for which affiant was fined ^and Ezra Haim said to affiant that he did not know where it did run^ Affiant stats that the road ran through the woods, and that the same, was of a Zig=zag course, and did not to the best of judgment run with the line ofas marked out by the reviewers, and that the rodad as travailed was not the [...] line as marked by said reviewers, and that the most intimate accquantinces with the road themselves could not tell, Ezra Haim stated upon oath, on the trial, ^that he did not believe affiant did ~~not~~ know where the line did run^

Affiant states that for fear that he might be abstructing the public highway (after Calling upon persons that were acquainted with the said road) cut out a road out side of his fence, that he had removed, that was as good a road as the former

Affiant states that he was ignorant of the obstructing of said road, and that so soon as he was informed that he had obstructed the same removed said fence, He says that he has been fined the sum of one hundred and four
dollars, at the last Februray Term by a jury of his county, for said offence wherefore he asks that your Excelency will remit said fine.

The affiant Llewellin Gallaspie says that the statements set forth in the foreging affidavit are true
