The Grand Jury of Scott county, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Silas N Steadman of the offence of carrying concealed weapons committed as follows viz: The Said Silas N Steadman on the 26 day of November 1860, in the county aforesaid did carry concealed upon his person a deadly weapon other than a common pocket Knife towit a pistol against the peace and dignity of the commonwealth of Kentucky.
