This day Nathan A. Williams made oath before me a Justice of the peace for said county that on the night of the 7th day of May 1862 he was Robbed at his room in the United States Hotel in the City of Louisville Kentucky of the sum of three or four hundred dollars in Bank notes (money) and one golvanised Revolving pistol of the value of $25.00. and that a man by the name of Henry D. Morgan who was in the room with this affiant, at that time, committed said Robbery, by the felonious stealing taking and carrying away said money & pistol

Wheras there is good
grounds to believe that Henry D Morgan late of this County has been guilty of the crime of Robbing Nathan A. Williams of the sum of three of four hundred dollars in money, and a revolving pistal of the value of $25,00, the property of said Nathan A Williams.

You are therefore in the name of the Commonwealth of Kentucky commanded that ~~with the~~ you forthwith arrest the said Henry D Morgan if he be found in this Commonwealth and take him before some magistrate to be dealt with according to law

Given under my hand as Justice of the peace this 9th day of May 1862

The within named Henry D Morgan is no inhabitant of the County of Jefferson in state of Kentucky, but is beleived to be a fugitive from Justice, and in the State of Indiana
