In pursuance to a Judgement of the Fayette Circuit Court rendered at its June term 1862 in the cases of Ja^s W Henderson & others as A & B H Hall & others I will at the court house door in Lexington on Monday July 14 1862/ it being county court will at public auction to the highest bidder the valuable property on Main street in the City of Lexington purchased by said Halls of L. C. Randall & C^oAs there are 2 houses on Main street it will be [short]. The lots front on Main street [ ] feet & [...] back to Short street continued and is bounded on one side by the property of [ ] & on the other side by the property of [ ]

This property will be sold upon a credit of 6-12 & 18 months — The purchasers to give bonds with good securty & bearing interest from date.
