The undersigned jurors, who were emapanelled and rendered a verdict in the case of the Commonwealth of Kentucky vs John Mullins, at the March term for 1862 of the Kenton Circuit Court at Covington, unite in a petition to his Excellency Gov^r Magoffin that said Mullins be repreived; believing as we do, after hearing the evidence in his case, and being familiar with the circumstances attending it, that Mr Mullins is a proper subject for Executive clemency.
