will you be kind enough to examine the regesters office and see if there was pattent isued in the name of Francis Yates bearing date about the year 1842 for 147 acres ^of land^ in the county of Barren on the Eastfork of Little Barren river beginning ^on^ Waddy Tompson line of a 500 acre survey thence runing to the mouth of Hutchesson,s branch &c and so on, if you find the description to suit please write to me and if not write also and in so doing you will oblidge a friend
