At the September session of the Legislature an act was passed & became a law chartering a Female College in our City (Henderson) no copy of the act has reached here. Professor Parsons scholastic year is about to expire & he desires to graduate some of the young Ladies under his tutelage in accordance with the provisions of the charter referred to
