The Governor approved an account of $3102.⁹⁴/₁₀₀ to the Deaf & Dumb Asylum for Board &^c &^c of its inmates for the quarter ending 3^d December 1860

Also approved a Warrant to Grant Green for $166.⁶⁶/₁₀₀ his months Salary ending Octo. 31 1860

He remitted to Edwd Merkley a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court for $800, upon a forfeited recognizance.

He respited for twelve months a judgment by a Justice of the Peace for Shelby County of $30. and fifteen days imprisonment against Joseph Roach for breach of the peace.

He issued his Warrant for the execution of Jane (a slave) sentenced by the Owen Circuit Court to be hung on the 14^th day of September last for the crime of murder (the Judgment of the court below having been affirmed by the Court of Appeals) and fixed the time of her execution on the 14^th day of December 1860.
