The Governor respited for twelve months a judgment of the Christian Circuit Court of $200, against L Kinstler for tipling

He pardoned Jno Shields convicted of Grand Larceny by the Fayette Circuit Court and sentenced to confinement in the Penitentiary for one year.

Also pardoned Wm Worlaw convicted of the crime of manslaughter by the Campbell Circuit Court and sentenced to five years confinement in the Penitentiary.
