The Governor approved an account of $56 ⁵⁰/₁₀₀to J. L. Sage for repairs to gas fixtures certified by the Librarian as correct

Also account to Steamer Dove of $50.⁹³ for transportation of arms, certified as correct by the Qr Mr Genl.

He remitted to N. Kitchen a Judgment of the Lawrence Circuit Court of $60. for "Tipling"

He pardoned Patrick Donnelly convicted of the crime of Manslaughter by the Jefferson Circuit Court and sentenced to ten years confinement in the Penitentiary

He laid before the General Assembly sundry Resolutions from the States of Maine & Minnesota, also a communication from the Auditor of Public Accounts in regard to the Clerk of Marion County Court.
