The Governor pardoned Mike Sherran convicted of Manslaughter by the Fulton Equity and Criminal Court and sentenced to three years confinement in the Penitentiary

He appointed & commissioned Ja^s S. Whitaker Notary Public for Shelby County by and with the consent of the Senate

He remitted to Dallam Futrill $500. of a Judgment of $1000 of the Trigg Circuit Court upon a forfeited recognizance, and respited for twelve months the balance

He appointed Young A. Simm Aid with the Rank of Colonel.

He respited for twelve months the following Judgments

Louisville City Ct vs J. Elderkin --	$200.	Assault
Greenup Cir " " J. C. Frasier	$500	"
Lawrence Co. " " G. Frasier	$20.	Misdemeanor.

He remitted the following judgments, to wit:

He approved and signed enrolled bills Chapters 132. to 139 inclusive, and Resolutions N^os 5 & 6.

The Governor pardoned Tho. B. Wadlington sentence to be hung by the Caldwell Circuit Court for the crime of murder Conditioned that he serve "at hard labor in the Penitentiary the balance of his natural life.

He communicated to the House of Representatives a bill originating in that House, his objections thereto. entitled "An Act to amend the charter of the Bourbon Lodge No 23 I. O. O. F.
