The Governor approved an account of $43.²⁵ to Steamboat Dove for freight bill on Arms. certified as correct by the Q^r M^r General

He appointed T. A Franklin a Justice of the Peace in and for Grant County District N^o 4. vice J. T. Elliston

He respited the following Judgments for twelve months

He respited two Judgments of the Carroll County Court one of fifteen the other of five days imprisonmnet against Sam^l Wilson.
