The Governor offered a reward of $500. for the apprehension of Tho. B. Judy charged with the killing of Tho^s Green in Montgomery County.

He appointed G. D. Philips a Justice of the Peace for Morgan county District N^o 4 in place of J. G. Gilmore dec^d

1861 Executive Journal

Mar 13.
The Governor commissioned the following Police Judges, to wit: Jno. H. Slaughter London, Sam^l Moore Midway and G. W. Mathews Lawrenceburg all duly elected.

He appointed J. Q. Chenowith Notary Public for Mercer county until the end of the next season of the General Assembly.

He approved the following accounts, to wit:

John Haly	$3.¹⁰	for hauling &^c
Q^r M^r Genl	$2.²⁵	" drayage
J. P. OHara	$6.00 --
M. B. Chrim	$2⁵⁰
W. P. Jones	$33.⁷⁵	Wages at Arsenal
Q^r M^r Genl	$25.	office rent.

all duly certified by the Quarter Master General.

He remitted to Tho^s Baker and Greenup Pickerd $150. of a Judgment of the Fleming Circuit Court of $300. and respited the balance twelve months for a breach of tavern bond.

He respited for Six months a judgment of the Lexington City Court of $7.⁶⁵ against W M^cCrodden for a misdemeanor.

He respited for twelve months the following judgements

Grayson Cir. "	$60.	" T. L. Webster --	Tipling.

He remitted the following Judgments, to wit:
