TO THE SHERIFF OF McCRACKEN COUNTY: Greeting

We command you that of the estate of Wm Boyd & P D Yeiser you cause to be made the sum of Two hundred dollars dollars, which The Commonwealth of Kentucky late in our ~~McCracken~~Lyon Circuit Court hath recovered against them for debt on a forfeited reconizance with interest thereon from the 28 day of June 1862 until paid.

Also the sum of $ 2two dollars ^& fifty^ cents, which toin the said in~~the same~~ Court ~~were~~was adjudged ^to the ^said^ Commonwealth^ for his costs in that suit expended, whereof the Said defendants are convicted, as appears to us of record, and that you have the said sums of money before our said Court on the 20^th day of October ~~next~~1862, to render to the said Commonwealth her ~~the~~ debt, interest and cost aforesaid, and have then ~~and~~ there this writ.
