The defendant being solemnly called to appear in discharge of the recognizance entered into by him, herein in this Court upon the 17^th day of November 1862, came not but made default.

It is therefore ordered by the Court that the money deposited in lieu of bail, by said deft, towit Three hundred dollars be paid over to the Trustee of the Jury fund for this County

And on motion of plaintiff a Capias is awarded herein against said defendants returnable &^c which Capias shall be endorsed bail of said defendants in the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars with good and sufficient security in a like sum conditioned &^c And all further proceedings are continued
