Would respectfily reprsent to your Excelency that at the Sept Term 1859 of the Madison Circuit Court he was tryed upon and Indictment in said court upon a charge of a Breach of the Peace and fined Ten Dollars and cost He is very poor with a large Family to support, and it would be under his present circumstances a hardship upon him & his Family to have the same to Pay. He therefore respectfully asks your Excelency to remit said fine (Execution is now in the hands of the Sheriff who will attempt to coerce the same
