The Grand Jury of Madison County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Thomas Turner of the offense of carrying concealed weapons committed as follows viz — The said Thomas Turner on the 18^th day of March 1861 in the County aforesaid did carry concealed upon his person a deadly Weapon to wit- a Pistol — against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky —
