The defendant being brought into court under the order of court for disorderly conduct — In open court, together with his surety James R. Hughes acknowledged themselves jointly indebted to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of Five hundred dollars, to be void however if Samuel C. Hughes shall appear in the Union Circuit Court on the first day of its next February term and in the mean time to keep the peace toward all the good citizens of this commonwealth.
