Having been commissioned by His Excellency the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky on the sixth day of March A. D. 1863 a Commissioner to take acknowledgments of deeds within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to be recorded in said Commonwealth of Kentucky, and for other purposes as provided in said commission by the laws of Kentucky, I do solemnly swear that I, Henry M. Parker, Commissioner as aforesaid will well and truly execute and perform all the duties of said station to which I have been commissioned as aforesaid
