I, W^m Henry Bird, resident of Philadelphia in the State of Pennsylvania, duly appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky a Commissioner of Deeds, under Chapter 70 of the Act of the General Assembly of said Commonwealth, entitled "An Act to adopt the Revised Statutes," approved January 7^th 1852, for the State of Kentucky, within the State of Pennsylvania, do solemnly affirm that I will well and faithfully Execute and perform all the duties of such Commission, under and by virtue of the laws of said Commonwealth of Kentucky. I have also hereunto attached a stamp impression of my official seal.
