Adolphe H. Bocking, being first duly affirmed says that he will well and duly Execute and perform all the duties of his station as a Commissioner of deeds for the State of Kentucky within the State of Ohio.

On the 4^th day of September A D 1861, this affiant made and subscribed an affidavit in duplicate as by law required to qualify him to act as commissioner to take acknowledgement of deeds &c, in Ohio for Kentucky, one being indorsed on the Commission to him issued from the office of the Secretary of State for Kentucky and the other was the same on next day sent per mail to said office.
