This day T. J. Fisher made oath before me a Justice of the peace for S^d County that on the 15^th day of Feby 1863 in the County of Campbell in the State of Ky W^m Fisher a mulatto boy and Mary Ann Malone a mulatto woman of the Said County of Campbell aforesaid, did maliciously & with malace aforethought, Steal take & Carry away from him S^d T. J. Fisher one fine bay horse worth Two Hundred & Fifty dollars & one Carriage & harness of the Value of Two hundred and fifty dollars, both of which were at the time of the Stealing taking & carryiing away aforesaid the property of him the S^d T. J. Fisher & that the S^d W^m Fisher & the s^d Mary Ann Malone Colr^d persons as aforesaid are guilty of the Crime of Stealing the horse & and the said Carriage & harness af^d in and from the County of Campbell & in the State aforesaid. He further states that the S^d W^m Fisher & Mary Ann Malone are now fugitives from the Justice of the State of Ohio and are now in jail in the City of Cincinnati & in the County of Hamilton in S^d State.
