To his Excellency the Governor of Kentucky

Sir as there are a company of County Guards. to be raised for the County of harrison for the term of one or three Years. and there are no person attempting to recruit and organize the same. by the Solicitation of many Soldiers and citizens of Said County I thereby ask permission to raise and organize Said Company, I can give refrences the best men we have. If there are any person acting in regard to this matter I do not know it I believe Sir that I can make the Company Soon. and immediately goin to Camp.
