5. Private William H. Peart, a deserter from Company "I," 2d Kentucky Volunteers, now at Rendezvous of Distribution, near Alexandria, Virginia, his regiment having been mustered out, is assigned to the 14th Kentucky Volunteers, to serve out the remaining portion of his enlistment, and make good nineteen months and ten days, the time lost by his desertion.

The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation.
