We the undersigned officers of the Second Regiment of Kentucky Cavalry Volunteers, cheerfully recommend Louis W. Little of Company "L" for promotion: he is well qualifed for advancement, by education and experience, and has faithfully discharged his duty as a soldier, for the last two and a half years, and has reenlisted as a Veteran Volunteer.
