A Court of Inquiry is hereby appointed to meet at the Inspector Generals Office, Frankfort on this the 25 day of March 1865 or as soon thereafter as practicable, to investigate the question of responsibility of ordnance and ordnance stores mentioned in a certified invoice signed by Lueit Col. J. J. Craddock as transferred by him to Maj C. W. Quiggens, on the 24^: day of August 1864.

The following Officers are hereby appointed and will constitute said Court

Lieut W. E. Cox
Lieut Cha^s J. ClarkeJudge A & Recorder
The Court will hold its daily sessions without regard to hours.
