A Military Court Martial is hereby ordered to convene at the Inspector Generals Office Frankfort Ky on this the 5' day of April 1865, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the trial of such prisoners as may be brught before them.

The following Officers are hereby detailed and will constitute said Court viz

Maj C. W. Quiggens
Maj W. H. Hays
Lieut W. E. Cox Judge Advocate

No other Officers than those named can be assembled without manifest injury to the service.

Said detail will also constitute a Commission to investigate and ascertain the correctness of certain claims laid against the State by all Officers of the 30' Ky Vol Inf^y for services rendered the State previous to being mustered into the U. S. service, who will report their opinion as to same. No other Officers than those named can be assembled for this Commission without manifest injury to the service Court will sit without regard to hours
