Carroll County, Kentucky, merchant and postmaster. Henry County, Kentucky, native. Son of George S. Ringo, Sr., and Sarah Bryan Ringo. Married Martha Duncan on January 8, 1852 in Henry County. Appointed postmaster of Prestonville, Kentucky, on October 11, 1859. Merchant in Carroll County in 1860.
