Grayson County, Kentucky, farmer and soldier. Kentucky native. Married to Sallie A. Oldacre Reese. Father of Sarah F. Reese, Lillie A. A. Reese, and Lauriston L. Reese. Served in the 45th Regiment of Kentucky Militia (U.S.A.) as colonel in Grayson County in 1863 and 1864.
