Todd, Lucy P. Todd, Thomas A. Todd, William J. Todd, Letty L. Todd, Anna S. Todd, Alisonia Todd, and James M. Todd, Jr. Postmaster in Vanceburg, Kentucky, from 1845 to 1850. Postmaster of Frankfort from 1850 to 1853. Grocer in Frankfort in 1860. Owned six enslaved persons in Frankfort in 1860. Commissioner of the Kentucky Institute for the Feeble Minded in 1864.
