Union County, Kentucky, laborer. Kentucky native. Son of Peterson Wall and Sarah A. Wall. Laborer in Union County in 1860. Confirmed as a notary public in Union County on February 5, 1861. Enlisted as a private in the First Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry Regiment (C.S.A.) on October 1, 1861.
