Father of Mary Rodman and Thomas Rodman. Graduated from the Medical Department of the University of Louisville in 1849. Physician in Frankfort, Kentucky, in 1850. Superintendent of the Feeble-Minded Institute from 1861 to 1863. Superintendent of the Western Lunatic Asylum of Kentucky from 1863 to 1889.
