Household owned two enslaved persons in Caldwell County in 1860. Served in the 3rd Kentucky Infantry Regiment (C.S.A.) as a private from January 29, 1862 to April 13, 1865. Signed a loyalty oath to the U.S. government on May 1, 1865.
