Franklin County, Kentucky, prisoner and cigar maker. Virginia native. Convicted of obtaining money under false pretenses in Louisville, Kentucky, on January 18, 1860. Prisoner in the Kentucky State Penitentiary in Frankfort, from December 1859 until his pardon on January 21, 1865. Cigar maker in Frankfort in 1860.
