Caldwell County, Kentucky, farmer and soldier. Kentucky native. Son of Elisha Mason and Nancy Mason. Married to Caroline Mason. Father of Nancy Mason. Resident in Caldwell County, Kentucky, in 1850. Farmer in Princeton in 1860. Served in the 8th Kentucky Infantry Regiment (C.S.A.) as a private from October 21, 1861, to November 30, 1861. Died of disease while in service on November 30, 1861.
