Caldwell County, Kentucky, carpenter and soldier. Virginia native. Son of George W. P'Pool and Emily P'Pool. Married to Elizabeth M. McConnell P'Pool in Montgomery County, Tennessee, on October 10, 1860. Father of Alice P'Pool. Student in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, in 1850. Household owned four enslaved persons in Mecklenburg County in 1850. Carpenter in Burnesville in 1860. Served in the 8th Kentucky Volunteer Infantry Regiment (C.S.A.) as a second lieutenant and first lieutenant from October 21, 1861.
